How will I know if my entry has been accepted? You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.
There is also the Online Entry Confirmation function that you can use to check if you have registered successfully. All you need to do is to visit the Competitor's Area page, key in your User ID and Password and select the corresponding event you have registered for.
Do I need my confirmation slip to collect my Race Pack? Yes, you will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/Passport when you collect your Race Pack a week before the race.

Can I do a transfer or withdrawal if I choose not to participate after registration? Withdrawals are not allowed. Contestants may transfer their place to someone else only before 10 January 2010. An administration fee of SGD$20.00 will be charged per transfer process.
Do note that the 6-month Men’s Health subscription CANNOT be transferred, and the Urbanathlon tee size CANNOT be changed.
Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration? Yes. You can change certain particulars by visiting the Competitor's Area page, or send us an email at customerservice@hivelocity.com.sg.
Participants will NOT be able to change the following via the Competitors' Area:
Name
NRIC
Address
Date of Birth
Race Category
Email address
Gender
Tee Size
If you wish to change any of the above, please email us at customerservice@hivelocity.com.sg. All changes are to be made before 10 January 2010.
Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite having registered and made my payment? There could be several reasons:
The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam
Your registration was not successful
Error in your email address
Please visit the Competitor's Area page to check your registration status, reconfirm your email address and resend the confirmation slip through the online tracking system.
If all the above fails, please call our hotline at 6372 6387 and provide the following information:

NRIC/ Passport No.
Race category
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.
